Policies & Procedures

By registering for an ARTSCOOL workshop or class, you acknowledge and agree to the
following policies, designed to create a safe, respectful, and creatively enriching environment for all students:

1. Attendance & No-Makeup Policy
Due to the nature of our small-group workshops and the individualized attention each student
receives, we are unable to offer make-up classes for missed sessions. Please review your
schedule carefully before registering. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

2. Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Students must be signed in and out by a parent, guardian, or designated adult unless otherwise
arranged in writing. Please be punctual; repeated late pick-ups may incur additional fees.

3. Behavior & Respect
ARTSCOOL maintains a supportive, inclusive, and respectful creative space. Disruptive,
harmful, or disrespectful behavior toward fellow students, instructors, or materials will not be
tolerated. We reserve the right to dismiss a student from the program if necessary to ensure the
safety and well-being of the group.

4. Materials & Attire
We use a variety of art materials, some of which may stain. Please dress your child in art-friendly clothing and shoes. All necessary art supplies are provided unless otherwise noted.

5. Safety & Health
Parents/guardians must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs on the
registration form. We are not a nut-free facility, but we do our best to accommodate and maintain a safe space for all students.

6. Photos & Artwork
Unless otherwise indicated, we may document our workshops through photos and videos.
Student artwork and images may be shared on our website, printed materials, and social media
for promotional purposes. Names are never included without written permission. (See Waiver for opt-out.)

7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start of the session are eligible for a full
refund, minus a processing fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 14 days of the
session start date, or for missed classes.
